Tumakuru: Former minister accuses Shivakumar of corrupt practices

Tumakuru, Oct 16: Former minister Sogadu Shivanna, speaking to media persons here on Friday October 15, claimed that Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president, D K Shivakumar, had indulged in irregularities running into thousands of crores of rupees when he was the state energy minister, relating to the biggest solar park of Asia in Tumakuru district. He said that the truth will come out if Central Bureau of Investigation conducts probe.

"D K Shivakumar never gets involved with retail things. His dealings are wholesale always. In the name of Laxmi Hebbalkar, he has acquired Benami landed property in Chikkanayanahalli taluk," he stated.
