Mangaluru, Oct 12: Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism organized an Industrial visit to Forum Mall for the final year students of BHMCT and MBA(HM) on October 7, 2021. Nisha Anchan, facilities manager, Forum Mall was the resource person during the visit.
The students received bright insights on house keeping operations and facilities management in a mall. The process of receiving information was strengthened by taking them to various operational units of the mall like House Keeping, Landscape Management, Waste Management, Pest Control and Customer Service.
On this occasion, Subrat Saraf, assistant professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism thanked Nisha Anchan and her entire team for paving the way for the students to gain new and innovative knowledge in their related field.
