Mangaluru, Oct 5: WIZ National Spell Bee is an effort to ensure Extra Learning, Extra Knowledge and Extra Vocabulary for children through proven and effective methods.

This is the first spelling competition of its kind in India for school children with an innovative approach that combines learning with fun and competition. More importantly, it's also a convenient and comprehensive language development programme for elementary and middle school children. Through this contest, students compete, learn and develop their language skills. They progress at their own pace and imbibe elements necessary for academic success.

The main objective is to enhance the spelling, vocabulary and literary skills of children.This helps students to improve their spelling skills, word usage, sentence construction, pronunciation and ultimately over all use of language that will aid early years of growth and development and empower them with skills necessary for their future careers.

Providing excellent support to students and making learning holistic is a part and parcel of St Agnes school. The students with the constant support and encouragement have grown. They participated in the Wiz National Spell Bee competition through online platform and have won the national level and state level contest 2020-21. Keeping in mind the pandemic situation the organisers had arranged for online contest for the second time . Here is the list of students who made the school proud and emerged as winners.

The management, the administrator, principal and the staff congratulated all the winners for their best efforts. THey also extended a big thankyou to all the parents for their constant support and encouragement to the students for bringing out the best.
