Mangaluru: 'Hindi Divas' celebrated at Carmel School

Mangaluru, Sep 17: The language and culture of any country play an important role in making people to connect with other people and helps in making a strong Nation.

Hindi is a language of love, togetherness, and brotherhood. Hindi Divas is celebrated on September 14 with great pride and vigor as Hindi was adopted as one of the official languages of India by Constituent Assembly of India.

Jawaharlal Nehru former Prime Minister introduced Hindi divas in 1949. This day is also celebrated as the birth anniversary of Beohar Rajendra Simha.

On this occasion, Carmel School Managaluru virtually organized competitions and held several programmes.
