Brahmavar, Sep 15: Berlynoak, a renowned furniture company, opened its outlet here on Wednesday September 15.

Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director, Mandavi Real Estate Developers inaugurated the outlet, while former minister Pramod Madhwaraj, inaugurated the formal function by lighting the lamp, Fr M C Mathai, vicar general, St Mary’s Syrian Orthodox Church, conducted prayers.

Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, in his inaugural speech said, “These kinds of furniture were available only in big cities. From now on, we will get it here. Darick has worked aboard for many years and now he has invested here in his home town. Let this business grow to be a profitable venture. Let many more such shops come across the district soon under his leadership.”

Pramodh Madhwaraj said, “After Udupi and Manipal, now Brahmavar is growing very rapidly. The furniture here is all imported ones and durable. Let rural citizens also have the chance to own quality furniture through this outlet.”
