Gadag: Covid vax second dose confirmation message received on lady's phone who died 6 mnths ago

Gadag, Sep 12: In a bizarre incident that is reported from Banahatti in the district a woman, who died six months ago, having received only one dose of coronavirus vaccination got confirmation on her mobile that she has received a second dose and also the certificate to that effect.

Mala Prakasha Pavate, resident of Banahatti of Rabakavi-Banahatti taluk had received the first dose on April 28. After that she died. However, a message was received on her mobile on September 8 that she has received the second dose of vaccine and also a vaccination proof certificate is sent to the mobile.

Family members who were shocked to see this have reported the matter to district administration.
