Mangaluru: Sangha Niketana celebrates 74th Sarvajanika Ganeshotsava

Mangaluru, Sep 10: 74th Sarvajanika Ganeshotsava will take place in a very simple manner under the aegis of Keshava Smriti Samvardhana committee at Sanghaniketana in the city.

Idol of Lord Ganesha was brought in procession on Thursday. Ganeshotsava was inaugurated by lighting the lamp on the morning of Friday.

Installation of idol of Lord Ganesh will be followed by Ganahoma, night Moodaganapathi Seve, Rangapooje and Mangalarathi. This will take place for five consecutive days at Sanghaniketana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The programme is organized following all Covid guidelines of the government. Praveen Kumar, president of Ganeshotsava committee, Raghuveer Kamath, Vinod Shenoy, Jeevanraj Shenoy, Sathish Prabhu, Suresh Kamath and office bearers were present.
