Bantwal, Sep 9: In yet another incident of chain snatching, two men who arrived on a bike intercepted a pedestrian woman asking her for an address and fled after snatching the Karimani gold chain from her neck when she was explaining the directions to the address.

The incident happened near Marnabail, Sajipamooda. The lady named Vatsala was walking by on Bollayi, Marnabail road. Two strangers on the bike fled with her chain weighing 12 grams. A case in this connection is registered at Bantwal town police station.
