Kundapur, Sep 7: Former member of Jadkal gram panchayat and Udupi district Congress committee chief secretary P L Jose (54) passed away on September 7.

He was a party leader and had served as the president of Mudoor agricultural service cooperative society.

He was the president of Mudoor consumer cooperative society and was also active in the social sector.

He has left behind his wife and two daughters.
