Panaji: Journalist dies after vehicle rams into stray cattle

Panaji, Aug 30: A senior citizen and journalist from Nanora, Bicholim lost his life after the scooter he was riding rammed into a stray cattle. Vishal Kalangutkar was on his way back home on Saturday evening, August 28 when the accident took place.

His friends rushed him to the Bicholim community health centre, however, he succumbed to his injuries on the way there.

Kalangutkar is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
