Hebri: Bike rider involved in accident with pickup killed

Hebri, Aug 27: Chittaranjan Shetty (19), who was riding a motorbike, was killed after a pickup vehicle hit his two-wheeler. The accident happened near Sithanadi bridge next to Navodaya Vidyalaya at Chara in Hebri taluk on Thursday August 26. Shetty was moving towards Hebi from Albady when the two vehicles got involved with head on collision.

Chittaranjan was the son of Guddemane Vittal Shetty from Albady Chitteri. He was working for a sound system shop at Albady. The pickup vehicle was moving towards Halady from Hebri when the incident happened.
