Mangaluru: Srinivas College of Physiotherapy celebrates Onam festival

Mangaluru, Aug 26: The campus of Srinivas College of Physiotherapy, Srinivas University, wore a festive look as students celebrated the festival of Onam at college campus in Pandeshwar, Mangalore on August 25, 2021.

The lobby was decorated with pookalam (a traditional flower arrangement), while students came dressed in their best traditional wear. The main attraction of the programme were the culturals and the games , the Vadamvali ( tug-of-war ). The highlight, however, was the food – with an elaborate 'Onasadhya' served on a banana leaf. It was a feast like no other.

Dr S Rajasekar, dean, addressed the gathering and conveyed greetings and wishes of the festival. He lauded the commendable performances by the students.
