Belthangady: Sacred Heart College observes 'Sadbhavana Diwas'

Belthangady, Aug 20: To commemorate the birth anniversary of former prime minister late Rajiv Gandhi every year Sacred Heart College celebrates Sadbhavana Day on August 20.

On this occasion, the NSS unit along with IQAC, NCC, Rovers-Rangers and Youth Red Cross organised a virtual programme for the students to share the message of the day. Principal Dr Joseph N M addressed the participants and explained the background of Sadbhavana Day celebration.

He requested the students to live in peace, affection and communal harmony and also highlighted the importance of national integration.

All the participants took the oath of Sadbhavana Day. The programme officers hosted the programme through Google Meet. Around 100 students actively took part in the programme.
