Mangaluru: Former ministers visit senior Congress leader Oscar Fernandes at hospital

Mangaluru, Jul 20: After Congress leader and member of Rajya Sabha, Oscar Fernandes, was admitted to hospital, former minister Pramod Madhwaraj visited Yenepoya Hospital to inquire about the health condition of the Oscar Fernandes here on Tuesday July 20.

Yenepoya Hospital’s Dr Mohammed Kunhi, Mangalore diocese Bishop Dr Peter Paul Saldahna, former minister UT Khader, MLC and district Congress president Harish Kumar, former MLA J R Lobo and party workers were present.

It may be recalled, Oscar slipped and suffered a fall during a yoga session on Sunday at his apartment in Attavar. He is now admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) at a Yenepoya hospital.
