Kundapur: M Prabhaker Shetty takes charge as president of Kotilingeshwara temple committee

Kundapur, Jul 17: M Prabhaker Shetty took over charge from Kundapur tahsildar Anandappa Nayak as the new president of the historic Kotilingeshwara temple management committee.

The new president said that the developmental works in the temple are being performed under the guidance of the chief temple priest and management committee members taking suggestions from the devotees.

New management committee members Prasanna Kumar Aithal, entrepreneur Suresh Sherigar, N Raghavendra Rao Neramballi, retired headmistress Bharati, Chandrika Dhanya, Sharada Mogaveera and Manjunath Acharya Arasarabettu Beejadi also took over charge of the programme.

Former management committee president Gopala Krishna Shetty Markodu, renovation committee president Koni Krishnadeva Karanth, Koteshwara gram panchayat president Krishna Golla, Kishore Kundapur, Subrahmanya, Holla, Premananda Shetty Katkere, Rajesh Kaveri, former municipal council members Nagaraja Kamadhenu, Shanker Ankadakatte, Suresh Shetty Gopadi, Surendra Markodu, former management committee members and others were present.
