Mangaluru: Free Covid vaccination camp held at Srinivas University Pandeshwar

Mangaluru, 5: A free covid vaccination camp was held on July 5 at Srinivas University, City Campus, Pandeshwar, under the aegis of National Service Project, in association with the district health and family welfare department and Jeppu Primary Health Centre.

Srinivas University vice-chancellor Dr P S Aithal setting in motion the camp called on the students, teaching and non-teaching staff to get vaccinated to defeat the pandemic.

The camp was conducted under the leadership of Jeppu Primary Health Centre Medical Officer Dr Vidhya in association with Dr Shilpa Primary Health Centre staff Surekha, Supritha, Vijay and Ashwini.

In total, 600 vaccines were given as the first dose to students, teaching and non-teaching staff.

Deans of various colleges, Dr Annayya Kulal, Professor Sridhara Acharya and staff cooperated in the camp.
