Umbrellas distributed to police staff of Kundapur, Brahmavar

Kundapur, Jun 24: Udupi Zilla Thotagarika Belegarara Sahakara Sangha in collaboration with Pradhan Mantri Janaushadhi Kendra distributed umbrellas to the police staff of Kundapur and Brahmavar police station here on Thursday, June 24.
 
Amasebail Charitable Trust president, A G Kodgi distributed umbrellas in Amasebail police station. Station officer Subbanna received the umbrella. Byndoor MLA B M Sukumar Shetty distributed umbrellas at Shankaranarayana police station. Station officer Shridhar Naik received the umbrellas. Kavradi GP president, Vijay Putran distributed umbrellas in the Kandlur police station. Station officer Sudha Prabha received the umbrella. Town Municipal Council president, Veena Bhasakar Mendon distributed umbrellas in the Kundapur circle inspector's office. Circle inspector, Gopikrishna, sub-inspector, Sadhashiva Gauvaroji were present.
 














































 
Speaking during the occasion Ashok Kumar Kodgi said, "Last year, through our cooperative society we started Pradhan Mantri Janaushadhi Kendra. During the first wave of coronavirus, we had distributed free meals, masks, sanitisers to the high schools in Kokarne and Siddapura. Financial assistance was provided to ASHA workers. This time we have distributed 300 umbrellas to five police stations."
