Additional 1.06 lac vials of Amphotericin-B allocated to states: DVS

Bengaluru, Jun 14: Union minister for chemicals and fertilisers D V Sadananda Gowda, who is also in charge of the pharmaceuticals, has announced that an additional 1,06,300 vials of Amphotericin- B have been allocated to states/union territories to and central institutions on Monday.

A total of 53,000 vials of conventional Amphotericin B also allocated, he said.

The allocation of conventional Amphotericin B is being made to ensure its smooth supply and timely treatment of patients, he explained.
