Beltangady: NSS unit of Sacred Heart College Madanythyar hosts webinar on 'Master your Mind'

Beltangady, Jun 2: The NSS unit and IQAC cell of Sacred Heart college, Madanthyar on June 2 organized a webinar on 'Master Your Mind'.

Youth counsellor and mental health coach Steevan D'Souza was the resource person. In his presentation, he highlighted the key issues of mental health, problems of stress and grief and also gave the methods to overcome it to achieve our goal. The session was followed by a Q&A in which many students actively participated.

Principal Dr Joseph N M, thanked the NSS team for organizing the useful webinar and also thanked the resource person for the wonderful presentation.

Over 120 participants including the staff actively participated in the webinar which was hosted on Google Meet. NSS programme officer Prashanth M welcomed the participants. Hamsika from II nd Bcom 'B' rendered the vote of thanks. NSS programme officer Robin Joseph Sera hosted the programme.

    It is gratifying to see that Madanthyar, which I had visited, is moving in good speed with the youths attached to NSS unit of Sacred HeartCollege, and the boys who are now in fore front are doing a commendable work of their own for the good of the populace there. I wish them Good Luck and Progress in whatever field they undertake. My thanks to all of them !!
