M'loreans in East Coast of US to Get Together for Monti Fest

New Jersey, Aug 19: Monti Fest, as they say, is truly one of the unique occasions celebrated by Mangaloreans all over the world.

With all due devotion and enthusiasm, the Mangalorean Catholic Association of East Coast (MCA-EC) will celebrate the Nativity of Mother Mary at St Cecelia's parish hall, 45 Wilus Way, Iselinon Saturday September 11 from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

The programme for the evening will commence with the celebration of mass in Konkani by Fr Leo Lasrado, followed by offering of flowers by children to our beloved mother. There will also be cultural entertainment followed by the traditional ‘Novem Jevan’ and dance/music.

Join in to celebrate the special occasion and relive childhood memories and pass on the tradition to the future generation.
