34,200 kgs of Zeolite drugs arrive from Rome

Bengaluru, May 16: Two Air India flights, carrying 34,200 kgs of Zeolite from Rome, arrived at the Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru on Sunday.

This is the first of the many batches of Zeolite that would be imported by the Government of India to generate oxygen.

This will give a fillip to oxygen supplies in the Country amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Zeolite is not a drug. Not for hunan consumption. It's a chemical used in oxygen concentrators to remove nitrogen from air.
