Mangaluru: Sanjevani city edition manager Vijay Rao succumbs to Covid

Mangaluru, May 14: Vijay S Rao (55), manager of Sanjevani daily, Mangaluru edition died on the late night of Thursday May 13.

Vijay was suffering from coronavirus and was in ICU for the past two weeks. He succumbed to the dreaded disease on the late night of Thursday.

Vijay was serving as a manager of Mangaluru edition of Sanjevani daily newspaper for the past 18 years. He was known for his simplicity, courteous behaviour and service with smile attributes. He got the faith and love of one and all due to his leadership capabilities.

Vijay was with Sanjevani daily, right from its beginning and had contributed a lot for the growth of the newspaper. Managing director of Sanjevani daily B T Amudan, the editorial board and staff of the daily have expressed their deep condolences at the untimely demise of Vijay.
