Puttur: Campco to establish oxygen plant in city

Puttur, May 7: Campco will be setting up oxygen plant costing Rs 40 lac in the government hospital here, said MLA Sanjieev Matandoor. He was speaking to media representatives after conducting spot inspection about the current Covid situation and precautionary measures undertaken, on Thursday May 6.

"Gas Authority of India Ltd had come forward to install oxygen unit in the government hospital here. However, this project has not come up. Campco president contacted me and expressed the intention to install this unit. Work will start in two to three days," he revealed.
