Mamatha Shetty appointed Udupi Block Mahila Congress president

Udupi, Apr 18: Tenkanidyoor resident Mamatha Shetty has been appointed as the president of Udupi Block Mahila Congress.

Her appointment was made on the recommendation of party leader Pramod Madhwaraj and following the suggestions from Udupi Congress president, Ashok Kumar Kodavoor and Udupi Block Congress president, Sathish Ameen Padukere.

Udupi district Mahila Congress president, Geetha Wagle has appointed Mamatha Shetty on directions from Karnataka Pradesh Mahila Congress president, Dr Pushpa Amarnath.

Mamatha Shetty was the former member of Tenkanidyoor gram panchayat and had served in Kshetra Dharmasthala Gramabiruddi Yojane and various other local organizations. She is also a successful entrepreneur.
