Girl reportedly kidnapped from Mangaluru found at Bengaluru

Mangaluru, Apr 11: A 16-year-old girl, who was reported kidnapped from the city, has reportedly been rescued at Bengaluru. The railway police who saw the girl sitting alone at the railway station questioned her and arranged for her reunification with her family.

The girl was found by the railway police at the Bengaluru railway station under suspicious circumstances. They questioned her and learnt that she is from Mangaluru and that on April 8, a boy had brought her to Bengaluru.

The youth concerned is also a minor. Basically, both the boy and the girl are from another state. Their parents live in Mangaluru. The girl's father had filed a missing complaint at the women's police station here on April 8.
