Puttur: Accident near Uppinangady takes away life of youngster

Puttur, Apr 5: Chandrahas (25) from Kepul in Hirebandady village, who was riding a motorbike, died after his vehicle met with an accident near Uppinangady on Sunday April 4 morning.

Chandrahas was working as backhoe operator. He was returning home after work on Saturday night in his motorbike when he lost control over the vehicle. The motorbike fell to the ground and Chandrahas suffered grievous injuries. Immediately he was admitted into a hospital at Mangaluru. However, he failed to respond to treatments and breathed his last on Sunday morning,

Chandrahas was unmarried. He has left behind his parents, a brother and two sisters. A report about the death was filed in Puttur traffic police station.
