Health minister Dr Sudhakar inspects Bantwal government hospital

Bantwal, Mar 31: Karnataka minister of health Dr Sudhakar visited and inspected Bantwal government hospital. He visited all the units of the hospital and expressed his satisfaction about the facilities.

Speaking to reporters later, he said that Punjalkatte hospital of Bantwal is being upgraded at a cost of Rs six crores. “All the facilities are provided in the hospital with the initiative from Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik. The D group vacancies in the hospital will be filled soon,” he said.

He was accompanied by MLA Rajesh Naik Ulipadiguthu who explained to the minister the facilities available in the hospital.

District health officer Dr Ramachandra Bayari, taluk health officer Dr Deepa Prabhu, administrative physician Dr Pushpalatha, district panchayat member Tungappa Bangera, Ravindra Kambali, Kamalakshi Poojary, municipal councillor Govinda Prabhu, Booda president Devadas Shetty and others were present.
