Bengaluru: Cong party workers hold protest demanding arrest of Ramesh Jarkiholi

Bengaluru, Mar 29: Congress held protests on Monday, March 29 under the leadership of Youth Congress leader Mithun Rai in front of Cubbon Park police station demanding the arrest of rape accused Ramesh Jarkiholi of allegedly insulting Karnataka Pradesh Congress president, D K Shivakumar.

Speaking at the protest, Rai said that the BJP MLA Ramesh Jarakiholi who is accused of rape is misleading the probe by blaming D K Shivakumar during by-elections. Rai demanded that Jarkiholi be arrested and urged for proper investigation in the case.

Youth Congress leaders, Mohammed Nalapad, Kemparaj Gowda, Meryl Rego and R V Yuvaraj were present.

    Every month atleast once we see this scene of congress leaders hands raised inside a police van. Protesting is good but can we wear masks too and maintain social distancing ? Second wave has started Bangalore cases are high..
