Mangaluru, Mar 24: Karnataka Coastline Business Conclave has conferred Expert Institution’s vice president Dr Ushaprabha N Nayak with FICCI award for her achievements in the education sector.

Minister Jagadish Shettar, minister of large scale and medium scale industries, presented the outstanding contribution award to Dr Ushaprabha and honoured her.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, additional chief secretary Gaurav Guptha, NMPT president Venkataraman, FICCI chairman Ullas Kamath, MRPL managing director Venkatesh and KPCA president Isaq were present.

“This award is for the contribution by Expert Institutions to the education sector. The lapses in the education should be studied and a quality education should be provided by finding a solution to them. The future of children should be bright. The institution which was started with those intentions has grown. The award has increased my responsibility,” said Dr Ushaprabha.
