Bengaluru: Sex CD - Advocate asks ACB to investigate Jarkiholi, Kumaraswamy

Bengaluru, Mar 20: An advocate, R Manjunath, on Friday March 19, complained to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to investigate Ramesh Jarkiholi in his role in the sex CD controversy, and H D Kumaraswamy, who has claimed that in this case, a deal of five crore rupees had been struck.

"The special investigation team was formed on the basis of Jarkiholi's letter. In the complaint, he has claimed that he was threatened to pay money. Media says that five crore rupees was paid. Kumaraswamy, on March 19, reiterated in a press conference on Friday his earlier claim about this deal had been indeed struck, the advocate pointed out and sought the AC to register case under the Prevention of Corruption Act against Jarkiholi to learn about sources of income in paying five crore rupees, and against Kumaraswamy for supporting corruption.
