London, Mar 25 (IANS): Supermodel Cindy Crawford has revealed that being happy and confident is the secret to looking good.
The 44-year-old, who has two children called Presley and Kaia, said that body maintenance is not all about exercise regimens and dieting, reported imdb.com
"It's not that I work out every day, I'm not ever on a diet, I just eat healthy. Just being happy and doing work that you love, self-confidence is really what's attractive in people, and I think that comes out. If you're happy and you're doing work that you enjoy, for me it's about being a mother, that comes out in how I look," said Crawford.
