The promoters have enlisted the services of leading and reputed Architectural consultants Simons and Associates, who have branches in Udupi and Bangalore and have many prestigious projects to their credit in Karnataka as well as the neighboring states. “Lot of care has gone into the micro level detailing of the project.  It would be a model to achieve remarkable safety standards and one of the best ever conceived projects on this soil”, says the team of Simons Architects. Highly renowned structural designers M/s Shanvhvi Associates of Mumbai, with its vast network of professionals spread all over the world have been specifically chosen as Structural Consultants for this project. Before coming out with a robust pile foundation of the project Dr Jaydeep Wagh, one of India’s top geotechnical specialists did an extensive investigation of sub soil at the project site. 





The project has also availed the services of Sripeksha Engineering Consultants, Bangalore, having a reputation with many prestigious I T projects to their credit. They have proposed an excellent lighting design scheme for the project and a state of the art lightning arresting technology for this project.  Cascade Consultants have come up with a perfectly foolproof smoke detection and firefighting system, plumbing and sanitary work of the project with special care given to the needs of high-rise towers, an efficient sewage treatment system and water purification system.  With the promoters paying attention to even the minutest details and involving the best people in business Royal Embassy is sure to emerge as the crowning glory giving a new dimension to the real-estate scenario in this part of the coastal belt.

    It is well and good to build these sky scrapers as long as all the safety aspects are properly looked into such as fire, power failure etc.

    Good for Mangalore? But this said project all ready under process.. So credit goes to first udupi and not mangalore-isn'it?

    I don't think Mangalore Corporation will permit to build 30 stories in Mangalore due to soil problem compare to manipal area..... Keep in your mind safety first...
