Panaji, Feb 23: An Israeli national was arrested in Goa Monday for possessing an assortment of drugs worth Rs.3.81 lakh, police said.

Superintendent of police (Anti-Narcotic Cell) Veenu Bansal said that David Griham alias Dudu, 34, was arrested at Anjuna and 144 ecstasy tablets, as well as quantities of heroin, cocaine, liquid LSD and charas were seized from him.

"He had come there to deliver the consignment. We arrested him on a tip-off from another guest house owner in Anjuna, whom we arrested last month," she said.

"Dudu has earlier been arrested in 2008 by the Mumbai anti narcotics squad. Since then we had kept a watch on him," Bansal said, adding that Dudu also ran an import export company from Anjuna.
