Just because I give employment to many,I can take a life of someone is unjustifiable in civil society. His legal inheriters can look after the business. Should he die tomorrow by heart attack-does it mean the end of his empire? Big trees never allow small plants to grow underneath them. He could have given him some place to ply his trade instead of becoming a "YamDhoot".

I can't understand when he is so well off why he wants to take such stupid risks. It just shows the criminal bent of mind of businessmen who will go to any extent to meets their ends. We need to have many such fast track judicial courts in the country to expedite cases as well as punish the guilty especially the rich people who commit such hienous crimes.

“thousands of families, which totally depend on the income derived from dealing in Haldirams products, will suffer if he is jailed” the argument from Prabhushankar Aggarwal is totally against the ethics. This was not an accident where the tea owner died. It was a well planned murder just because tea stall adversely affects the beauty of “Food Plaza” owned by the Agarwal. When he killed tea stall owner he had no mercy and he even forgot the dependents of Satyanarayan. Why then now he is asking for plea. Rather sentence should have been death and his property should have been confiscated and handed over to the Satyanarayan family. Just because our legal system does not give harsh punishment, similar murders are being taking place every now and then. Even our real-estate mafia’s are following similar tactics or something close to it in order to buy the prime properties at give away price.
