Udupi, Feb 4: The district and sessions court here has adjourned final arguments relating to the sensational murder of NRI entrepreneur Bhaskar Shetty to February 11.

When the case came up for arguments on Monday special public prosecutor, Shantharam Shetty sought time to present experts markings on DNA report. Advocate for the accused objected. Judge of the court, C M Joshi, ordered adjournment of the case to February 11 for arguments.

Accused Navneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat, who are currently lodged in Bengaluru prison, took part in the proceedings through video conferencing facility. Main accused Rajeshwari Shetty, who has been released on bail and Raghavendra accused of destruction of evidence were present in the court.
