Pak violates LoC ceasefire in Poonch, Indian Army responds


Jammu, Dec 19 (IANS): Firing was on across the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch on Thursday after Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire and the Indian Army retaliated, the army said.

Pakistan opened unprovoked fire with small arms and mortars in Mankote sector of Poonch and Indian troops were "retaliating befittingly" an army statement said.
