After Delhi, Zomaland to tour 6 more Indian cities

New Delhi, Dec 15 (IANSlife):  The Delhi edition of Zomatos three-day food and entertainment carnival, that saw a footfall of about 50,000 visitors in total, concludes Sunday night at the JLN Stadium here.

The mega food festival is currently is in its second edition, and is hosting Singapore-based star chef Hawker Chan, who's serving the world's cheapest Michelin-star meal, Soya Chicken Rice for Rs 200.

Featuring an artiste line-up including Sidhu Moosewala, DIVINE, Nucleya, Rahul Subramanian, Ritviz, Abish Mathew, Jasleen Royal, Seedhe Maut, Prabh Deep, and others, the "very Instagrammable" festival is divided into cuisine zones like All American, Little Asia, Punjabi by Nature, Dessert District, and Flavours of India.

Not just Zomaland, Zomato is eyeing expanding into the events space with Zomato Park, a business-to-business solution for food curation at other events, and Zomato Campus, a student-friendly Zomaland for schools and colleges.

"A large part of the millennial audience and the generation after that is going to decide what food and events in the future is going to look like," Chaitanya Mathur, Global Head - Zomato Live, told IANSlife. Both the concepts are expected to come out in 2020.

This year, Zomaland has partnered with Toyota, TikTok, Jio Saavn, and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).

Perfect for a day out with friends and family with stunning attractions, photo opportunities and games for all ages, Zomaland is scheduled to travel to Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Mumbai after the foodie capital Delhi.
