S.M. Krishna's Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Karachi

Karachi, Sep 3 (IANS): An Emirates flight carrying Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna made an emergency landing at the Jinnah International Airport here Thursday night, a media report said.

The aircraft, which took off from Dubai, was to land in New Delhi, but due to bad weather it was diverted to Karachi, Geo TV said citing sources.

The plane did not get clearance to land in New Delhi due to the inclement weather, the sources added.
