Islamabad, Nov 29 (IANS): Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, while hearing the petition on tenure extension of Pakistan Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa, remarked that the judges are being maligned through propaganda such as having an association with foreign intelligence agencies like the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

"It was said that all three judges are CIA agents," he said, adding that people went to such an extent that they accused the judges of working for India, Pakistani media reported.

When Justice Khosa questioned the propaganda, it was said that this is 'fifth generation war' to which he asked what is fifth generation war?

Responding to this, the Attorney-General of Pakistan Anwar Mansoor Khan said, "No one has control over social media. Our conflict has benefited India to a great extent. Don't we have the right to raise questions?"
