Kovind inaugurates cancer ward at Vrindavan hospital


Vrindavan, Nov 29 (IANS): President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday inaugurated a new cancer ward at the Ramakrishna Mission Charitable Hospital complex here.

After arriving at Kheria airport in Agra, Kovind, accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, left for Vrindavan by road due to bad weather.

He visited the famous Bankey Bihari temple here and Akshaya Patra Foundation campus, where he offered food to students.

Later, Adityanath paid a visit to the newly-constructed Bhaktivedanta Mandir.
