Radha Soami Satsang Beas chief bereaved


Chandigarh, Nov 28 (IANS): Radha Soami Satsang Beas chief Gurinder Singh Dhillon's wife Shabnam passed away early on Wednesday, said the sect. She was 57.

Shabnam Dhillon died at a hospital in the UK where she had undergone abdominal surgery on November 20. She developed complications after the surgery.

The family has decided to bring back Shabnam's body to the Radha Soami Dera at Beas in Punjab after December 3 for the last rites, sources said.

Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and Akali Dal President Sukhbir Badal condoled the demise of Shabnam Dhillon.
