Udupi: Bhaskar Shetty murder - Examination of investigating officer adjourned

Udupi, Jul 31: Relating to the ghastly murder of NRI entrepreneur from here, Bhaskar Shetty, main witnesses are being examined now at the chief district and sessions court here. On Tuesday, officer of forensic science laboratory at Bengaluru, Dr Vani, and two deputy superintendents of police of criminal investigation department were examined.

Bhaskar Shettuy's wife, Rajeshwari Shetty, and destruction of evidence-accused, Raghavendra, both of whom have been granted bail, were present in the court in person.

Accused Navneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat, who are currently lodged in a prison at Bengaluru, appeared for the hearing through video conferencing facility. Special public prosecutor and senior advocate, Shantaram Shetty, examined the witnesses.
