Mangaluru: Tulu blockbuster ‘Appe Teacher’ rereleased at Jyothi theatre

Mangaluru, Jun 27: Tulu film ‘Appe Teacher’ which entertained many viewers hitting the 100-day mark last year, was rereleased at Jyothi theatre in the city.

The film has done good business in in Mangaluru, Udupi, Moodbidri, Kasargod and Bengaluru. The film ran to packed houses in multiplexes in Mangaluru.

Despite having a small market, the film managed to attract a large number of viewers. More number of new viewers were witnessed for the movie.

The film has released on March 23 in coastal Karnataka last year.

Sunil and Niriksha Shetty play the lead in the movie, while Usha Bhandary, Devdas Kaapikad, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sathish Bandale, Sandeep Shetty, and Shailashree are playing prominent roles in the movie. The film has been produced under the banner of Swayam Prabha movies and entertainment.

Sandalwood movie fame Ravi Basrur composed the background music of ‘Appe Teacher’. The dubbing process of the film was done at Daijiworld Audio Visual Pvt Ltd.
