M'lore: MU Decides to Confer Honorary Doctorates on Six Eminent Personalities

Mangalore, Jan 25: Mangalore University has decided to confer honorary  doctorates on six personalities who have excelled in their respective fields. The honour will be conferred at the convocation of the University to be held on January 28.

Nitte University chancellor N Vinay Hegde, Bangalore Century Builders managing director P Dayanand Pai, veteran  researcher M Mukund Prabhu, educationist from Bangalore Panduranga Setty, legal expert Chandrashekhar Sharma from Bangalore and space scientist Prof Sivas Pillai are the eminent personalities selected by the University for this honour.

    Good to know thast Manjeshwar Mukund Prabhu is getting Doctorate. He is amazing personality one of worlds best Historian, his knowledge about ancient money coins and oceanic shells are really great. He got recongishian for his work for Konkani, kannada and tulu language. I wish him all the best and pray Lord to give him health and properity
