Mangalore: Ore Truck Accounts for Another Life

Mangalore, Jan 24: Mohan (21), who was injured after being hit by a ore-laden truck while moving on his motor bike on Thursday January 22 night near Pumpwell near Kankanady here, breathed his last on Friday, as efforts to revive him failed to have the desired affect.

Mohan, a resident of Kudkorigudde of Kankanady, was working in the Airtel office located in Kottara in the city. Immediately after the accident occurred at around 11 pm, he was admitted into Omega Hospital.

Mangalore rural police have registered a case. Truck driver Cheluvan has been arrested.
