Mangalore Varsity to Confer Honorary Doctorates on Six Eminent Personalities

Mangalore, Jan 24: Mangalore University has decided to confer honorary doctorates on six personalities who have excelled in their respective fields. The honour will be conferred at the convocation of the University to be held on January 28.

Nitte University chancellor N Vinay Hegde, Bangalore Century Builders managing director P Dayanand Pai, veteran researcher M Mukund Prabhu, educationist from Bangalore Panduranga Setty, legal expert Chandrashekhar Sharma from Bangalore and space scientist Prof Sivas Pillai are the eminent personalities selected by the University for this honour.
