Mangalore, Jan 3: The National Suraksha Convention will be organized by the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) at Hosangady in Manjeshwar on Monday January 5 at 4 pm.

“Abdul Nasir Madani suffered by being forced to be behind the bars for a decade, in spite of being not connected with the Coimbatore blasts. A particular political party is responsible for this evil act,” alleged S M Bashir Ahmad Manjeshwar, PDP leader,  speaking at a  press conference here on Friday January 2.

Abdul Nasir Madani, chairman, PDP will deliver a speech on anti-terrorism, naxals and dowry on the occasion. A vehicle rally will be taken out from the new bus stand in Kasargod, to escort Madani to Hosangady on the same day at 3 pm he said.

People's representatives, social leaders, PDP leaders and human right activists of Kerala etc., will participate at the convention, he revealed..

K P Muhammad Ummar Odangala, Abdul Rehaman Varkady, Muhammad Mavina Katte, Hanif, Hussain Musliyar Manjanady and Yogesh Varkady were present at the press conference.
