Udupi: Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swami Inaugurates Special NSS Camp

The inaugural of a special camp of the ‘National Service Scheme 2008-09’ of Tenkanidiyoor Government First Grade College was held at Rajangana of Sri Krishna Math on Wednesday December 24.
 
Speaking after inaugurating the camp, Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swami, Paryaya Math, said that developing an attitude of service in children is the main purpose of the education.
 
Prof Maheshwar Rao, in-charge principal, Tenkanidiyoor College, presided over the function.
 
Manjunath, organizing officer, Tenkanidiyoor College, welcomed the gathering. Sujata V Shet, proposed the vote of thanks. Prasad Rao, lecturer, Tenkanidiyoor College, compered the programme.
 
M Junjanna, informational officer, Udupi district, Raghupati Bhat, senior manager, and Dr Gananath Ekkaru, organizing officer, NSS, Mangalore University, were present on the occasion.
