Mangalore, Dec 23: The 13th annual ‘Sarvajanika Satyanarayana Puja’ will be held at ‘Dharma Vedike’ near Kala Kunj, Kodialbail, on Saturday December 27 at 6 pm.
The event is being organized by the Sarvajanika Satyanarayana Puja Samiti.
A J Shetty, managing trustee, Kadri Temple, will preside over the function. Sri Charukeerti Swami will deliver the benedictory speech on the occasion.
Satish Kumar, superintendent of police, Sundar Shetty, Golden Falcon Organization, Suresh Bhandary, chairman, Manifold Credit Society, Mumbai, and Kishore D Shetty, owner, Leeds Group, will participate as the chief guests.
Shrimati Rao will deliver the religious speech on the occasion. Poovamma, athlete, Vishala B K, Agnes College, and Shashikala, weightlifter, will be felicitated on the occasion.
Later, various entertainment and religious programmes will be staged and ‘prasadam’ will be distributed to the devotees.
