Mangalore, Dec 18: One person died when a man  indiscriminately stabbed him with  a knife near Lady Goshen Hospital, here on Thursday December 18 evening.



The deceased has  been identified as Pritviraj, a resident of Moodbidri. Two more persons were also injured in the incident. They were identified as Mahesh, a resident of Kateel and Mustafa, a resident of Edapadavu.
 
It is believed that the victims confronted the attacker for eve teasing near the Lady Goshen hospital.  The infuriated miscreant attacked the victims with a knife and fled from the scene. Bunder station police have  initiated a probe and have set a dragnet to nab the culprit.

    We should not allow the culprit to escape and assist the law authorities to bring him to the justice. Religion or cast should not be the barrier to enforce the law. If the culprit has any property or valuable belongings, authorities should confiscate and compensate the same to the deceased and the dead.
